It turns out that the complex oversells their parking permits and doesn't do much about people parking with out a permit. This was very upsetting and the staff was not helpful at all. This has lead to us only being able to keep one car here and has effected most if not all aspects of our everyday responsibilities and activities in a negative way. I gave amenities 2 stars because though there is a pool area and a gym they are not reliable. We ended up getting gym memberships because most of the gym machines were broken and unusable. The pool is closed 4 out of 5 times we attempt to use it.

It is also often locked several hours before the listed closing time. We don't even try to go down there anymore because we got tired of walking down there in our swimsuits looking forward to a hot tub sesh to find either a locked door or an ice cold "hot" tub. The maintenance staff is however very quick to respond to any requests we have and they keep the area looking nice. I would recommend this complex to someone who is looking for a cheap housing option and only needs one car.
